When suggesting a 3rd party software, you would like to see ported to Linux, please follow these procedures:
1. Please perform a search of the forum to ensure the software has not already been suggested.
2. Please add the title of the software, and the company which develops it.
3. Please add the url to the description page of the software on it's home site.
4. Please add a poll to the post with the terms "I would pay for this on Linux" This enables us to show the number of people who would gladly pay for a copy of the software for the Linux platform, and helps to show the potential of future sales, when approaching the developer.

I have added the first suggestion post in the education forum as an example.
